Position: ServiceNow Developer | Enterprise Technology & Performance – Nicosia, Cyprus
The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as ServiceNow Developer, at the level of Consultant/Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Implement and maintain different ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations while working under the guidance of more senior team members
- Bridge the gap between business processes and platform capabilities, designing and configuring optimal solutions for complete digitalization
- Work seamlessly within multi-functional teams, interacting with clients to understand their needs and build solutions that address them
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Interact with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences, and email to understand client's processes and business problems
- Ensure the integrity of the solution i.e., is compliant with industry standards and regulations, the solution is secure, and that data privacy is maintained
- Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution
- Develop high quality design and facilitation material/artefacts such as High-level architectures, low-level architecture, and workshop presentation material
- Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment across sub-production and production environments
- Create clear and concise technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation, and release notes
- Write scripts using JavaScript to implement business logic and improve user experience; attention to detail is important in coding and configuring ServiceNow applications to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable University
- 2-3 years of previous experience, in designing and implementing SaaS solutions
- Solid foundation in programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS) and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Eager to acquire ServiceNow expertise and pursue certifications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Possession of any of the below will be considered an advantage:
- Experience in developing integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Webservices (REST/SOAP), file-based transfers
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, PPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Cybersecurity concepts understanding
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, Oracle)
- Communication protocols knowledge (HTTP, JSON, API, etc.)
- Exposure on ITIL processes
- Ability to work independently
